Beatbox is making sounds with your mouth...  That's it.   Everyone could do it with the right amount of practice and motivation.

And I love it.  Minimalistic, no need for equipment, you can do it anywhere.  Been hooked ever since I dropped my first fartsound  Wink

The first beatboxer, which I heard the first, it was Blady Kris in 2008. He showed me beatbox. It was in "Got Talent". I thought: "Wow! It's amazing! I must search him on YouTube!" Then I saw her video from BWC 2005 and Beatbox Convention with ZeDe and RoxorLoops. I saw another beatboxers, oriental too. I saw new beats and I thought: "Why didn't I see that previously?!" Then I started work at the forums. Beatbox is for me very important. If I don't hear beatbox by a few days, so I'm sick. Beatbox is a part of my live, I think so... Smile

hehe, first been confronted with beatbox in the year 2000; I was practicing breakdance then, when my tutors started beatboxing. I asked them where i could find more of this beatboxing. they referred to Rahzel. When i heard IYMOK for the first time I was amazed. No freakin' way that's possible!!
Got into it deeper, went to the first belgian championship (then organised in Brussels by Zulu-nation). It was a tiny battle in Recycl-art, where I saw Roxorloops win the battle (against fatty K??)
After the battle, I went towards Roxor and his brother (desarts), they introduced me to beatbox.be. I've been here since then Smile

Music is my life in all his ways. Listening, creating, searching and beatboxing (because it IS music). I use beatbox to create music (like Michael Jackson did Smile), I create at first to listen at it and a litte bit to share and I listen to music to create beatboxroutines. It's a circle and every part is linked.

Since I first heard it, i was instantly hooked. Anytime I hear music now, i cant help but find myself beatboxing to it. People are telling me im getting better, and others have asked for battles. But, i dont do it to get better, or for any popularity. I do it because I love to do it. Like BeatHead said, you dont need any equipment, so its great for me.
